| MT.MORIAH
URBAN DESIGN FRAMEWORK |
| Mt.
Moriah is a greenfield area located within the northern sector
of the DMR. It is well located and presents a unique opportunity
for infill and densification. The project, conceptualised by
the practice, involved establishing a spatial framework and
detail urban design and architectural guidelines for the development
of the area. It is intended that the framework serves as a guide
for the ongoing incremental development of the area by a range
of developers to ensure that a greater level of complexity is
created. |
